Ella said I looked ridiculous and needed to show me by taking a picture. This is how I look 99% of the time. Scroll down to see a more glamorous belly pic. I am about 32 weeks pregnant as I enter March. I couldn't take the acid reflux anymore so for the first time during a pregnancy I am on a daily acid reflux med and it is working wonders. Life. Changing.

February 7th, the day the plague came to our house. Gordon got influenza A and spread it to everyone in our family.
Sickness = movies
He had fevers that went above 104 and he slept for 48 hours straight. I have never seen him so sick in his entire life! I wish I had some breastmilk to give him!

Ella's turn, 2 days after Gordon's symptoms started
It hit Mark and me 2 days after Ella's symptoms started. Our fevers started at the same time and we were in and out of weird fever sleeping for 48 hours. Thankfully the kids know how to make basic meals so they could fend for themselves while we were out of it. Mark checked my temp every few hours and gave me meds to keep it under 102 for the safety of the baby. I had acid reflux (before I started meds) that got so bad during this flu that I was puking every time I tried to eat or drink anything. Then I would pee my pants as I puked. It was a sickness like no other! Mark helped clean me up and changed my clothes multiple times that week. He is a saint.
We spent Valentine's day in bed and not in a fun way. The doc said we'd cough for about 2-4 weeks after flu symptoms went away. This all started on February 7th, it's now the last day of February and we are all still coughing. She wasn't exaggerating.
My friend starred in the play "Fun Home" so we got front row seats.
So much snow!
Flowers from a friend who knows this winter has been rough on me. I have been sick for about 8 weeks total since November.
