No school day with 3 - six year old boys = a trip to the fun zone.
Ella helped at my friend's preschool with the older sisters of these boys.

Mark and I went on the school field trip to the MSU basketball game. Some kids rather read during the game.

Mark's favorite part was the science experiment at half time. I think it was the only time we were all paying attention. Then the experiment failed.

We are the guardian family for this adorable pup we named Olive! She was born August 11th. She is our dog until she is ready to have puppies, then she will stay at the breeders house for 6-8 weeks while she is giving birth and nursing the puppies. The breeder lives about an hour away so we hope to visit her during that time. She will be bred 3-4 times in the first 3-4 years of her life and then she will be spayed and live with us full time. She is a surrogate dog! This helps us avoid the cost of a hypoallergenic puppy (Ella is allergic to dogs) and helps the puppy have a normal, family life. We are hoping we can plan our vacations around her breeding time. The breeder also pays for her to get spayed up to $200, she will board her for free during the years of our boarding contract, she will pay us a sum of money every time she takes her to breed and pay for $250 of Good Citizen Dog Training. We felt like it was too good to pass up since we have been wanting a dog for long time but we couldn't pay $3000 for an Australian Labradoodle. Win, win!

She will be about 30 pounds. She sleeps through the night without accidents! Woohoo! We are on day 3 of no accidents in the house during the day and when she had accidents the first week it was thankfully, on the wood floor. We are all completely in love with her. Even Mark is obsessed with her!
