July 2013

Gordon made a friend at the airport while we were saying goodbye to Noelle.

There's always a photo of Gordon with a toilet seat on his head, he is a character.

It never gets old seeing deer and elk in our yard, especially when they have babies!

Our old neighbors gave us some dresses - Gordon has been wanting to dress like Ella lately, he also repeats everything she says.

Gordon sound asleep at the splash park!

Smelling flowers

We were amazed by this yellow spider

Another day at the splash park

Elk resting in our neighborhood

This huge elk was eating from the bird feeder

A bird flew into our house and hit the big picture window, it was dazed for a while but we took it outside and it flew away.  The wildlife keep it interesting in our neighborhood ; )

First ones to arrive at Big Soda Lake.

We visited a bee garden with a homeschool group

This hive inside the log was saved by a construction crew and brought to the bee garden

More fawns

Out for breakfast on the weekend

We were watching these fawns for quite a while.  The mother was nowhere to be seen!  All of a sudden both fawns took off in full sprint toward the end of our driveway so we all ran over to the front window to watch.  The mom was there and both babies started nursing and wagging their tails so frantically!  It was an incredible sight!
